I was browsing the new submissions on the AP front page when I saw this just about to disappear off the bottom. And my God am I glad I caught it.

What can I say, you've defintely blown mine out of the water. This is truely spectacular. The guitar was spot on, the percussion was brilliant and the improvisation was a fantastic touch.

One of the finest pieces of music I've heard on NewGrounds.

I resent that statement, 'cause if it all sounded like this there'd only be one version the portal :P
Try to get it into your head that I strive for accuracy in my songs and I spend a lot of time making sure it is all correct.

Think about who is really ruining the portal.
The people who actually rip MIDI's to pass off as theirs or the closed minded idiots like you who fail to see when someone has genuinely worked at it.

But anyway, your version.

Are you using Inferno for the guitars? It just doesn't feel very powerful to accompany the percussion which throughout the song was pretty good.

Also your little breaks that you've put in, while interesting, don't really work for me.

Overall, not bad. But more energy is needed I feel.

It's pretty good.
I love the song and the movies but the break between each riff let it down.

That was never in the original track and unfortunately reminds me of that god damn frog -_-

That aside it's still as catchy and addictive as it has always been.

It was a tad repetitive but atleast it didn't get boring. I enjoyed the main riff.

Just ignore the 0 bombers. Eventually they will all die :) and Newgrounds will be a better place.
